Love vs. Duty

Happy New Year 2016.

Part 66 of the ongoing saga of The Great Being, the One Self that manifests as each of us. Previous episodes.

Recap of last week's episode.

We have been following the experiences of two Agents of Cosmic Intelligence, Melchizedek and Layla, here on a mission that started in 200,000 BC. To infiltrate the Rebel forces on the planet, they walked into the near-dead bodies of Blu and Ska around 40,000 BC on the coast of northwestern Spain. Taken into the Rebel Stari-ki’s army, they trekked southward, made a miraculous crossing over the Straits of Gibraltar, and are now discovering Africa.

As Neva describes her earliest memories, she refers to “the gods”, and Stari-ki now suspects she is an Agent. He goes into mindblock to prevent her from reading his mind, achieving this by having a continuous erotic fantasy, starring Neva of course. As she tells him, “Gods are just people like us at a higher level,” Neva flashes that Stari-ki might be a god. He was different from all other men, and maybe worthy of her. Meanwhile, Stari-ki continues grilling her for details, and when asked what the two of them were doing in Neva’s earliest memory, she responds, “Getting our orders.”

If she were an Agent — and Stari-ki was pretty sure of that from her responses to his test questions — and at some point in history they were getting orders in the same room, then he Stari-ki must now be an Agent gone rogue, or at the time of Neva’s memory, he must be a double agent planted by the Rebels. None of that had happened in this life, so it must have happened in an earlier life, he realized.

The idea of ever being an Agent would normally have seemed absurd to him. But since his recent and greatest mindblast, he was now experiencing heretofore unknown parts of himself emerging, including a desire to not hurt anybody, which he found particularly inconvenient being a soldier. If that didn’t smack of having some degree of Agent inside him, he didn’t know what would.

Where did his duty lie right now? If she were an Agent his top priority would be to capture and interrogate her, which would mean her torture and eventual death. He wasn’t going to do that. If that meant switching sides then so be it. His side had annoyed him lately, and the snide Rebel pride he had always shared seemed somehow childish to him now. His duty right now and his top priority were exactly the same: take this woman and protect her forever.

“Thank you for going back in your memory like that, Neva,” the way he spoke her name gave her a little tingle right where she could tell his fantasies were focusing. He took her hand in his. Her breathing sped up.

“And thank you for nursing me back to health,” he added, leaning forward and kissing her. It was the gentlest, softest, most tender kiss he had ever given, and she returned it that way. He began to slowly carry out what he had been fantasizing, and she fully cooperated and responded. He led and she followed. She had never done this before and wanted him to teach her, and he got that.

The lovers shifted imperceptibly into Flow state. Neither was distracted by any thoughts or notions of Agents, Rebels or anything else. Their attention was 100% in the now and Stari-ki completely let his guard down and threw it away. None of that existed.

“Will you be my girl?” Stari-ki asked her.

“Oh, yes!” Neva replied.

He seated her on his lap facing him, both of them sitting cross-legged, and he held her aloft in that position. They kissed and their breath merged into one in-out breath through the nostrils. Space and time went away. They saw only the universe, the galaxies, spinning within them, united, one consciousness, filled with awe and color, sparkling and rippling, and overpoweringly delightful feelings and music.

Something astounding was happening to Stari-ki. He felt the Oneness with everything. From this perspective life was boundless joy. Every feeling now, and every memory, was joyful, even those memories that he remembered hating at the time, which seemed to be proof he was deluded at those times, but now he was not. There was no chance that this was illusion. This was ultimate reality, in its most intense suchness. We are all This! The One God is The Truth! he realized utterly.

He opened his eyes and after a moment she sensed it and her long eyelashes fluttered open. They were still sharing one breath and now they were looking into each other’s eyes. They also saw through each other’s eyes. Love was making love to love.

Stari-ki slowly lowered Neva so that she could barely feel his lingam. That went on for a timeless period. Neva felt something coming. Then there was the sense of a cosmic Pop! and she knew she was no longer a virgin.

But then something even better was happening. A mountain of pleasure was arising within her.

Sometime later, half-asleep in each other’s arms, Neva murmured something to him. Stari-ki murmured something back. She put it into clearer words:

“I was inside you and you were inside me,” she said. “You saw all of me and I saw all of you.”

He looked her in the eyes, alert now. He smiled. He sensed there could be no danger to him from her. He was right.

“I know your real name,” she said. “The one you don’t know.”
